Genesis 1:3-4
Context - There's a pattern being created as an example for everyone to follow.
When God creates a pattern, He doesn't change His mind.
If it ain't good, it ain't over. Part of God's pattern is to make sure it turns out good. He makes sure what He spoke becomes what you saw.
God is giving you another chance - He wants to work with you to get it good.

Genesis 1:21 - Made in the image of His likeness
Satan gets us to question ourselves.
Why don't we look like that pattern He created? Satan decided it was better to rule over us than rule over him.
He changed the pattern that created the curse. - The serpent introduces his own pattern - same pattern he uses today.

Satan: Did God really say that you are who you are?
When we execute from a place of confusion, sometimes we do nothing at all. We often execute procrastination which leads to operating in disobedience...aka "missing the mark."
Now we're isolated and separated from God. (stuck between two patterns)
Romans 7:21-25
Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Christ our Lord
It won't be by my might or my power but through your covenant with God.
Covenant with God gives you access to power - it breaks the addiction.
Lean not on your own understanding. Being in covenant doesn't always mean you'll enjoy it. It's about where your source is, not necessarily my resources.
Covenant breaks the curse. Jesus is the pattern we should follow. He made patterns with his disciples to give them insight about what God's doing on the Earth.
A NEW PATTERN
"Follow me and I will make you fishers of men."
Be willing to break out of your cycles to get closer to Him. If you follow him, He will make you into the person He called and created you to be.
You're going from glory to glory - following God to places you've never been before. The product of being with Jesus is so evident. Become a product of your worship.
You were made for this. You're stepping into what you've been made for.
It's time to go into territories bearing the mark of what you've been made for.
Matthew 10:16 - PROTECTION
sent out as sheep in the midst of wolves
What God is doing in your life is KINGDOM. You have to get to a place where you're desperate to let others experience you and everything God's placed inside of you.
YOU have to be the difference.
The collective expression of His essence. Show them another way, a better way. Amen.
