Context: Jesus returns and a crowd is expecting Him. Jairus, a synagogue leader, approaches Him and pleads for Jesus to save his young daughter who is dying.

Luke 8:49-53

While Jesus was speaking, someone came from the house of Jairus, "Your daughter is dead. Don't bother the teacher anymore."

Hearing this, Jesus said to Jairus, "Don't be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed."

Sometimes, all you need is a revelation from God.

When Jairus first meets Jesus, his daughter is sick but not dead. She dies in the process of Jesus healing other people.

They told him she was dead, but Jesus said otherwise. Realize there's always going to be a voice trying to tell you that it's not going to work out.

Silence the voices telling you what God is incapable of doing and the voices talking you out of being who He called you to be.

When you kill that voice, you kill everything that's up against you.

He makes ALL things new.

God is impressed by your heart and by your worship.

His glory is going to saturate every area of your life.

Jairus has to combat the voice telling him that his daughter is dead.

Often when our dreams die, we stop praying for them to be resurrected.

Refuse to believe that it's really dead. He didn't give you this opportunity or a second chance just to let it die.

We serve a miracle worker and a way-maker. Don't let your circumstances affect your prayer life.

If He killed it, it's because He's bringing something better or bringing it back to life.

Start celebrating No's - It means you're either thinking too low or one step closer to the YES attached to your name.

Before the thought of doubt, grief or bitterness could even formulate, Jesus spoke a Word to Jairus to combat those emotions.

Luke 8:50

Jesus said to Jairus, "Don't be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed."

This was divine instruction. Any doubt suggested that there were other possibilities of what God could do.

It was easier to believe that she was dead than she could be healed. Get to the bare bones of belief.

Sometimes we pray for things but we have more faith that it won't happen.

The key to this next level is to stop diluting your prayer requests with fear, doubt, anxiety.

Doubt and insecurities are contagious. You need to make room for belief.

Only have room for belief.

Everyone was weeping and mourning for her but he reassured them that she was okay. They ridiculed Jesus and mocked him. When he arrived at the house of Jairus, he only allowed Peter, John, James and the child's parents in the room.

Luke 8:54

But he took her by the hand and said, "My child, get up!"

Her spirit returned, and at once she stood up.

GIRL, GET UP! You've been down for too long, it's time for you to get up again. Reach back to where you started giving up on the little girl who believed she could do anything as long as God was with her.

God needs the real you in this season. He needs that girl that was once on fire and had passion for this generation - when she didn't care when she was rejected; she used it as fuel to persevere.

This miracle was only for this family to see. She received a touch from Jesus and came back to life.

There's people that need to see you awaken that little girl inside of you so they can see that God is still doing miracles and that He still has power.

When she got up, her spirit returned to her. She got her fight back, her power back, her authority back, her humility back, her creativity back,

No weapon formed against you is going to be able to prosper. EVER.

Generations are connected to your spirit. Start acting like you are a king's daughter. Even when you were dead, you were still His.

He kept you alive so you can be a testimony that you can get up again.

This generation needs to see you get up again.

Something died in the inside but, I feel my ideas coming back.

Awaken that girl inside of you - move away from who you used to be to move to the next level.

Surrender it all. Reconnect with God. And, allow His spirit to fill yours.
